Hypnosis for Sports

About 80-90% of an Olympic athlete's performance is in the mind.  Hypnosis has been used to improve athletic performance in a variety of sports such as golf, gymnastic, basketball, football, tennis and others. 

This involves using your imagination, your thought process and your altitude to provide support and refinement for your physical skills and reach your overall goals.
